Studio V Photography: Meet all natural beauty Kesha Lynn Stevens. She's just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. One of my favorite people ever and such an awesome person. Miss her. Here's a little memory of days past. We shot this in the Dominican Republic a few years ago.
When I had the chance to shoot this naturally curvy beauty on the beach this Toronto Photographer jumped at the opportunity. I was done shooting for the day and looking forward to spending some time away from the camera. My assistant and I had retired to the beach bar to check out the action. We were at one of the infamous Paul Buceta pool parties and there were a bunch of models and photographers hanging out with drinks in hand. There was a good mix that year with photographers coming in from all parts of Canada and the US. A group of us had wondered over to the beach to check out the stars. Keshia suggested let's do a night shoot. I had worked with Kesha before and it was a good time so I thought what the heck let's do it. My room wasn't far so I grabbed my camera, flashlight, and speedlights. Can't forget that flashlight if you want a good night shoot. Ya so than this picture happened. It was a memorable night. The group of us just hung out on the beach drinking and friending and having a chill night. I miss those Pool Party trips down south. There hasn't been one in a while.
