FIRST SHOOT WITH THE CANON EOS R VLOG
Hey guys and gals welcome to the blog. Here are the photos of Rock N’ Roll babe Molly Rennick in her Gold Bikini. We shot these in the the Dominican Republic on the VX2TV Beach Party trip. It was an amazing trip had an awesome time you can check out more video from the trip on my YouTube channel.
These shots are from my very first photo shoot with the Canon EOS R. I had pre-ordered the camera and it arrived two days before I took off for the Dominican Republic. I brought it down with me fingers crossed. I figured it’s a canon how hard can it be to figure out how to use the camera. It was a piece of cake, to their credit Canon makes this really straight forward. It just so happens that Molly Rennick was the first model I shot with the EOS R. She’s always up for a shoot. I shot these with no polarizer or ND filter. I wanted to see how the camera handled the high contrast of the sunset behind the model with no help. Also these images were shot in full res jpg and edited in Photoshop. I usually shoot in RAW but this camera camera is so new Photoshop still can’t read the CR3 files. Overall I have to say I’m pretty happy with the results considering it was just jpg. Stay tuned more hot photo shoots from the VX2TV Beach party coming soon. One feature that hasn’t gotten a lot of attention is the fact that the shutter comes down and protects the sensor from dust when the camera is off!!!!!!!!! WHAT!!!!!! it’s such a small thing but you have no idea, as a professional photographer, how much dust on the sensor annoys me. That is such an amazing innovation. In terms of easy of use and how the camera feels in the hands. No complaints. The menu is clear and the camera fits perfectly in the hands. Although I will say that the rubber texture on the grip is not quit as grippy as Canon’s DSLR cameras. Overall I’m very impressed so far.
