CHANGE RACK FOCUS SPEEDS - EOS R5
Welcome to another video about Canon EOS R5 settings. In this video I’m going to show you how to change auto focus settings in order to dial in the right rack focus speed for your project. Not all scenes are the same and sometimes you want to subtlety emphasis a connection or a feeling with a slower or faster rack focus. In this video I’m going to show you just how to do that on an EOS R5.
The menu setting used to change AF speed are pretty universal across higher end cameras so if you’re using a different system dig around the menu of your camera to find the AF focus speeds.
* On a side note I used a Tiffen Black Pro Mist 1/2 filter during the talking head portions of this video just to get a feel for what the filter looks like on video.
